Chief of Police William Parenti state that the investigation into an attempted
armored car robbery on March 28, 2007 in North Plainfield is continuing.
Douglas W. Kimmelman, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crime

which leads to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) who assisted defendant
Hector L. Crespo (39) of Inslee Place, Elizabeth, New Jersey, an employee of
AT Systems, an armored car company based out of Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Prosecutor Forrest stated that at approximately 7:00 PM on March 28, 2007 two
AT Systems employees were in an armored car picking up money at the K-Mart on
Route 22 in North Plainfield. One of the employees then entered the K-Mart, while
the other remained in the armored car. While parked outside K-Mart, an individual
